Xiaomi introduced yet another smartphone with the new Snapdragon 855 Plus. The company has already included the processor in the Black Shark 2 Pro and now, through its subsidiary, has taken it to the Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition.
Launched in July, the Snapdragon 855 Plus has a higher frequency CPU and faster GPU to handle tasks such as games, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. According to Qualcomm, it performs 15% better than the Snapdragon 855.
The processor is the main difference of the Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition in relation to the Redmi K20 Pro, presented in May. The smartphone can also leave the factory with more RAM and more storage space than its predecessor.
The Redmi K20 Pro Premium Edition has options of 8 GB and 12 GB of RAM, in addition to 128 GB and 512 GB of storage. To give you an idea, the Redmi K20 Pro was launched with versions of 6 GB and 8 GB of RAM, and 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB of storage.
Other novelties are the presence of the MIUI 11 interface, which will be launched in the coming days, and a black version with details formed by diagonal lines. Xiaomi continues to offer the most traditional models, with gradients in white, blue, red or black.
The other items have not been changed in relation to the Redmi K20 Pro. The new smartphone follows with a triple camera with sensors of 48 megapixels (main), 13 megapixels (ultrawide) and 8 megapixels (telephoto). The retractable front camera remains at 20 megapixels.
In addition, the model remains with a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen, a digital reader under the screen and a 4,000 mAh battery.
