Waze began to release on Wednesday (21) the integration with a new audio player. Now, drivers will also be able to control what they hear through YouTube Music while following the routes indicated by the app.
The option is only intended for users who pay for the streaming service. It can be subscribed separately or through YouTube Premium, which, in addition to offering music, removes YouTube ads. The player can also be enabled by those who enjoy the first free month on the platform.
Like other players integrated with Waze, you must have the music platform installed on Android or iOS. Then, just select it by tapping the music icon on the home screen or the “Audio player” item in the settings area of the maps application.
It is also possible to integrate Waze with apps like Spotify, Deezer, Pandora, Stitcher and TuneIn. The YouTube Music player has already started to be released to users in Brazil and should be fully available in the coming weeks.
