New images of the supposed Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition were revealed this Saturday (15). According to renderings presented by OnLeaks in the website Pricebaba, the new cell phone from Samsung it may have plastic rear, triple camera and flat screen, unlike other premium smartphones of the South Korean brand.
The new renderings give more details about the new edition of the Galaxy S20 line. Starting from the front, the smartphone must keep the selfies camera in a hole, located in the center of the display. But the sides tend to be flat, opposite the other successors of the Galaxy S10 announced in Brazil in March 2020.
Still on the screen, the panel measuring between 6.4 and 6.5 inches should repeat characteristics of Samsung’s latest releases, such as the refresh rate of 120 Hz, according to rumors previously revealed. The cell phone can still come out of the box with IP68 certification, which attests to the level of protection of the phone against water and dust.
The rear can be made of plastic, just like the Galaxy Note 20, presented on the last day 5, during the virtual event Unpacked 2020, where a set of triple camera will be housed in the upper left corner. The trio is expected to bring 12, 12 and 8 megapixel sensors. For selfies, the front camera must have a resolution of 32 megapixels.
The advanced technical sheet of the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition (or Galaxy S20 FE) is another bet of the launch, with Snapdragon 865 processor, options with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM, storage of up to 512 GB, battery with 4,500 mAh and 5G. The smartphone is yet to be announced with Android 10 from the factory with the One UI 2.5 interface.
Samsung’s next phone is expected to hit stores in South Korea in October 2020 for 900,000 South Korean won, the equivalent of about R $ 4,115 in direct conversion. There is no forecast date and price for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition in Brazil.
