Are you ready for another Motorola launch? Not? Too bad, because rumors point to a new phone called Motorola One Macro: it must have MediaTek Helio P60 processor, 4,000 mAh battery and a camera that can take photos and record videos in macro mode. It already appears in Anatel’s approval system.
Evan Blass, known as @evleaks on twitter, mentioned in early August that Motorola would launch a new device called One Macro.
Now NBTC, equivalent to Anatel in Thailand, has approved a device called Motorola One Macro with code XT2016-1:

A source of XDA Developers brings additional details about the device: it will not be sold as “Moto G8 Play”, as previously disclosed, but will have the same leaked specifications.
In other words, we hope that the Motorola One Macro has an MT6771 processor, which can be the MediaTek Helio P60 or Helio P70; 3 to 4 GB of RAM; 32 to 64 GB of storage; and battery with a capacity of 4,000 mAh. In addition, it will have macro mode for photos and videos (hence the name).
We also have this leaked photo of the Motorola One Macro, which shows purple buttons on the side, a front notch camera on the screen, and a large chin on the bottom. It should come with a 5.7 inch display, HD + resolution (1520 × 720) and 19: 9 aspect ratio.
Motorola One Macro and its battery appear on Anatel
According to the XDA Developers, the Motorola One Macro is named after the model XT2015-2, XT2016-1 or XT2016-2 depending on the country. And as we mentioned here, two of them already appear in Anatel’s approval system; these are the XT2015-2 and XT2016-2, which are still undergoing the certification process in Brazil.
The FCC, equivalent to Anatel in the USA, has already approved these two variants. The American agency has published some documents on these phones, which will come with a KG40 battery and a 10 W (5V / 2 A) charger.
The KG40 battery has already been approved by Anatel, and has a capacity of 4,000 mAh; the photos are publicly available:
Evan Blass says that, for now, these are all devices in the One line:
Motorola made a profit for three consecutive quarters by adopting the strategy of launching more smartphones; and its global president, Sergio Buniac, promises to focus more efforts on the One line. Therefore, this list only tends to grow.
