Anatel approves iPhone 12 Pro Max

The iPhone 12 Pro Max (model A2411) was approved by Anatel on Wednesday (21). It is “supplied with the internal and non-removable battery model A2466”, which had already been certified in Brazil. It is smaller than the iPhone 11 Pro Max; its ability was revealed by a Chinese body.

The iPhone 12 Mini was also approved today by Anatel; before him, we had the standard iPhone 12 and the Pro model. The certification documents for all versions – standard, Mini, Pro and Pro Max – make it clear that none of these devices “will be marketed with a power supply”, that is, they will not come with charger in the box.

In addition, all of them can be assembled at the Foxconn factory in Jundiaí (SP), as well as in manufacturing units in China and India. This may help a little to insure costs, but the cell phone should arrive very expensive in Brazil.

Apple is converting US prices at an average rate of R $ 9.60 per dollar. This means that the iPhone 12 Pro Max can be launched here costing over R $ 10,000; it goes for $ 1,099 on American land.
