THE Anatel ratified the iPhone 12 Mini: the compact cell phone from Apple comes with a battery of 2,227 mAh, and the documents mention that it can be assembled in Brazil. The agency had previously certified the standard iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro; only 12 Pro Max is missing.
Anatel approves iPhone 12 Mini
The iPhone 12 Mini has model number A2399 and was approved on Wednesday (21). The documents list factories in China and India where it will be produced, in addition to the Foxconn plant in Jundiaí (SP). Will this help to reduce the price?
His battery, with model number A2471, had already been approved by the regulatory agency: the nominal capacity is 2,227 mAh, less than that of the iPhone 12 (2,815 mAh) and iPhone 11 (3,110 mAh).
The highlight of the iPhone 12 Mini is its reduced size: it is smaller than the 4.7 inch iPhone 8, but has a larger 5.4 inch OLED screen. The new smartphone has 5G support, A14 Bionic processor, dual camera at the rear and magnets at the rear for the MagSafe wireless charger.
Apple will open the pre-order for the iPhone 12 Mini in the U.S. in November, where it will cost $ 729 – or $ 699 if purchased by customers of US carriers Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile. There is still no forecast for launch in Brazil.
