THE Anatel ratified the iPhone 12 standard with 6.1-inch screen and dual camera: this Apple phone has model number A2403 and comes with a battery of 2,815 mAh, smaller than the iPhone 11. iPhone 12 has less battery than iPhone 11

The iPhone 12 comes equipped with the A2479 battery, which had already been certified by Anatel and has a nominal capacity of 2,815 mAh. To compare, the iPhone 11 battery has 3,110 mAh.

The approval also includes the following phrase: “the product is not sold with a power supply”. As has been widely reported, Apple no longer includes the charger in the box of iPhones: the phone only comes with a Lightning to USB-C cable.

Last week, Anatel approved the iPhone 12 Pro; the documents also mention that it can be manufactured at Foxconn do Brasil. In addition, the agency has certified the batteries of the iPhone 12 Mini (A2471), iPhone 12 (A2479) and iPhone 12 Pro Max (A2466).
