Google Stadia will be released on November 19 with dozens of games | Games

Google said on Tuesday (15) that Stadia will be released on November 19. Announced in June, the platform does not require downloads and can run on TVs and computers, in addition to some tablets and smartphones, maintaining game progress whenever you change devices.

Google Stadia had its launch date announced

According to Google, the Pixel will be one of the first devices to support the platform. At first, it will be available only to those who join the Stadia Founder’s Edition, offered for US $ 130 (about R $ 540).

The version includes a Chromecast Ultra and a Stadia controller. It also frees you and a friend three months of subscription to Stadia Pro, a plan that allows you to run games with 4K HDR resolution, 60 fps and 5.1 surround sound.

Stadia Pro guarantees one free game per month, starting with Destiny 2: The Collection, and discounts for purchasing paid games. After the free period, the plan starts to cost US $ 9.99 (R $ 41) per month.

In 2020, Google will also offer Stadia Base, an unsigned alternative that does not offer any free titles. In this option, games are limited to Full HD (1080p) resolution and stereo sound.
