One of the most curious new features of the new microphone is the ability to modify your voice according to the selected filter, thinking of players or streamers who broadcast World of Warcraft and prefer to give greater depth in character interpretation.
Yeti X allows you to have an orc voice, for example, or a gnome, or even King Lich. In addition, there are pre-recorded sound effects, which can be activated with the press of a button – one example is the voice of a Murloc, a swampy creature found in the world of WoW.
The microphone also comes with blue or red light, alternating according to the user’s wishes, in reference to the two sides of the Warcraft conflict: Horde and Alliance.
Finally, Yeti X accompanies small runes related to the game and also the World of Warcraft logo emblazoned on its main body. The rest of the functions remain the same as the traditional Yeti X models, announced in 2019.
The special edition will be sold in October, priced at US $ 200 – US $ 30 more than the price of the traditional model.
The new microphone comes on the heels of the launch of World of Warcraft: Shadowlands, new expansion of the famous Blizzard MMORPG, which arrives this year for PC (Windows and Mac).
Shadowlands is an expansion that promises to explore the land of the WoW dead. Its arrival was expected in October, but received a recent postponement by the producer.
