Yesterday (31) Asus extended the list with games that were adapted to take advantage of the 120 Hz screen that comes with the ROG Phone II. The page, which has been updated since the launch of the gamer smartphone, already has more than 150 games and apps that run at or near 120 fps.
The ROG Phone II is one of the few smartphones in the world that can run games at such a high frame rate, with 120 Hz update and that means the title can run at up to 120 fps. When it was released, in early September this year, more than 130 games were already compatible and a list was created with the names of each one – but not all run at 120 frames per second.
Within so many names, there are famous titles like Temple Run 2, Subway Surfers, Unkilled, Riptide GP: Renegade, Minecraft Earth, Brawl Stars, Vainglory, Alto’s Adventure and Alto’s Oddysey.
Closing the month of October, smartphone users can now run 163 games and apps. In fact, the only application that appears on the list is Google Earth, which even though it is not a game, allows the frame rate per second to stay at 120 fps, the same display rate as the screen.
To have such fluidity, the ROG Phone II uses a Snapdragon 855+ processor, GPU Adreno 640 and up to 12 GB of RAM, with up to 512 GB of internal space and a cooling system that uses a cooler – purchased separately and which costs R $ 700 (!!!).
The ROG Phone II is now available in Brazil, costing between R $ 5,000 and R $ 7,300. To see the complete list, which is updated from time to time, just click here.
